Fanstastic for frying chicken, (or anything for that matter!) or for anything where you need high walls. This chicken fryer was made in the 1950s. Beautiful cooking surface. Has a slight wobble that causes it to spin on a glass surface, so is best suitable for a gas range. Slight discloration on the bottom that will blend in over time/use.
